Availability
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.
3 Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice or cancel orders due to pricing errors. If a pricing error occurs, a full refund will be issued.
Payment Methods
Payments may be made through approved online payment methods available on the Website, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, or Apple Pay. 4 Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship domestically and to selected international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping
3-5 business days. Free for orders over $100.
Express Shipping
1-2 business days. Flat rate of $15.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Joyora Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5 Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be:
- In new and unused condition;
- With all original tags and labels attached;
- In the original packaging.
Refund Processing
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
